Hello,
I was hoping I could enlist your help. I have a bit of an unusual question for you all. I'm participating in an annual trivia contest and each year there is an image component. This year one of the images looks like a pipe diagram, but at the bottom there is a picture of a skyline that resembles London. Here's the picture:

I was hoping you could help us try to identify the picture. Does anyone recognize it or have any ideas if it could have something to do with London? Any help would be much appreciated.
